This video shows an original, minimally invasive solution for a post-extraction defect in the alveolar bone and soft tissues in the 25 and 26 teeth. The clinical problem was solved by trans-crestal sinus floor augmentation and an increase in the volume of soft tissues with a split flap. Foreign bone grafts and barrier membranes are not used. Free gingival graft are not transplanted.
