Trans-gingival implant placement is a microsurgical rehabilitation protocol that avoids bone resorption due to periosteal detachment when accessed with a full-layer flap. The absence of incisions and sutures excludes the patient's postoperative sensations. This case is interesting in that immediate loading with a temporary crown made by a digital method was performed. If all conditions are met, immediate loading improves osteogenesis around the implant.
