The use of the principle of segmental osteotomy with an increase in the alveolar bone by extrusion is one of the effective methods of bone augmentation in the cervical part of the implant. This method is reliable and fully complies with the minimally invasive concept in implantology. Also, this method does not use foreign bone grafts, which in turn reduces the cost of manipulation and excludes the medico-legal component from the relationship with the patient.
